Terms & Conditions
Health & Safety
I acknowledge that aerial activities at Flying Fantastic are physically challenging and that there is a risk of injury. Students are required to follow the teacher’s instructions at all times. In the unlikely event of an accident to a child in my care or damage to personal effects, I acknowledge that Flying Fantastic Ltd will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage or injury arising from or in connection with the activities. I confirm that the children taking part do not have any physical or medical restriction that might affect our ability to undertake the activities safely. I declare that if I am not the parent or guardian of the children named, I have authority from the child’s parent or guardian to complete this consent on their behalf.
Spotting
I acknowledge that spotting is an essential part of learning Aerial sports. Spotting is the use of physical contact to support or correct movement to assist in injury prevention. I understand and accept that coaches may have to spot my child during their time at Flying Fantastic.
Refund policy
Please make sure that you are able to attend the dates of the course or class you are about to book as it is not possible to refund your classes, transfer them to another course or carry them over to future terms. Whilst we appreciate that life happens, we are a small business and we cannot be responsible for events and issues outside our control such as illness, injury, travel issues or other after school clubs changing their schedules. We keep our class numbers and group sizes small so that we can offer the best possible training for your young aerialist. By clicking below, you are agreeing to not make us feel bad by asking to be an exception to the rule! And if you're good with this, please go ahead and book and we'll look forward to getting your child airborne soon! We will only be able to offer a refund if Government advice is such that we are unable to run the course.
