A special 2.5 hour workshop especially for those wanting to dip their toes into aerial for the first time! We'll work through some of the basics on aerial hoop and slings, discovering strong shapes, spinning and getting some upside down time this half term!

Family Acro and Aerial Workshop (4 - 18yrs)

One of the highlights of our schedule is our Family Acro and Aerial extravaganza! A fantastic afternoon of fun and games for all the family ages 4-104yo. NB - You need to book per person. There must be one adult in a family group. Over the course of this 2 hour workshop, you'll all get the o …morepportunity to take to the air with an aerial workshop. Let the kids fly by introducing them to some Silks and Trapeze - maybe even working on some doubles moves! Then over to Acro! Learning the basics of partner acrobatics. Have fun while learning to trust and communicate in a physical movement setting. If previous workshops are anything to go by, it'll be a fun filled session. Full of laughs, giggles and games! O …moren the Friday there will be a short performance for the flyers to show off what they have been up to all week so the adults don't miss out on all the fun!
