A week just for our young adult aerialists aged 13-18yo to celebrate the end of exams and to get them ready to join our adult aerial classes! A week just for our young adult aerialists aged 13-18yo. A (not-so-little) something to celebrate the end of exams and the start of the summer! Come and fly on trapeze, silks, slings, and hoop, while also getting the chance to try out some more niche disciplines like: spanish web, aerial rope & aerial net! There will be some complimentary circus skills classes such as juggling, acro and handstands to round off their circus skills! What to wear: Please can everyone wear leggings or tracksuit bottoms and a t-shirt that covers the shoulders. It's a good idea to have a long sleeved top in a bag too, just in case they need a little extra protection. Shorts aren't great for aerial as its better to protect the skin. No zips or jewellery in the class please as they damage the fabric. You don't need shoes or socks for the activity either. What to bring: A bottle of water is a good idea, a packed lunch and a few snacks as there will also be 2 breaks between the different pieces of equipment. The Show: Trainers will let you know on the Friday what time to return to watch what your flyers have been up to all week!
