A special 2 hour workshop especially for those wanting to dip their toes into aerial for the first time! We'll work through some of the basics on aerial hoop and slings, discovering strong shapes, spinning and getting some upside down time this summer! <img src="https://www.ffyc.co.uk/cmsimages/classdetails2-51.JPG"alt="alternatetext"> There'll be a short break between equipment and we will finish the day with aerial games to give your flyers a taste of life at the circus! What to wear: Please can everyone wear leggings or tracksuit bottoms and a t-shirt that covers the shoulders. It's a good idea to have a long sleeved top in a bag too, just in case they need a little extra protection. Shorts aren't great for aerial as its better to protect the skin. No zips or jewellery in the class please as they damage the fabric. You don't need shoes or socks for the activity either. What to bring: A bottle of water is a good idea and a snack for after the workshop is always a win!
